Dear reformers!

Sorry for taking so long! There has been a lot of organising for the Lilla Wien gigs on May 14 and 15. We won't do the soul repertoire on neither of the days, but we will do a sixties pop/ flower power set with Bill doing the vocals for:

Summer in the City: Lovin' Spoonful
Fire: Jimi Hendrix
For What it's Worth: Buffalo Springfield
Mr. Soul: Buffalo Springfield
How to Hang on to a Dream: Tim Hardin
Misty Roses: Tim Hardin (maybe)
Seven and Seven is: Love

I will do the vocals for three Grateful Dead numbers:

China Cat Sunflower
Lady With a Fan
Eyes of the World

Åke will do the drumming for the songs with Bill on vocals and Anders for those with me. I hope Bill will play percussion on the Grateful Dead tunes.

Here follows a clip from the gig at Stampen on March 28. It's the third song on the gig: Uncle Urri Suite

Take care and enjoy!
Jesper

Dear reformers!

I hope you have had a beautiful Easter!

I also hope that you enjoyed the Tax Vobiscum video from Stampen. I noticed that the synchronisation was a bit bad so I have uploaded a new version, which I will publish here today along with tune number two, Three Part Dream, from the same concert.

Here follows yet another clip with Carl-Eiwar Sect from the Backstage Festival 2009. The tune is from the late 60s and it was originally performed by a group from Hong Kong called Teddy Robin & the Playboys.

Here follows the original:

Enjoy!

The concert at Stampen on March 28 went really well! Stampen is an incredible place and draws a really music interested crowd. The sound check was inspiring and when it was time to enter the stage we were really up to it. We started out the concert with Tax Vobiscum, written by Magnus Ramel. A groovy tune which really set the mood for the rest of the concert, which became quite heavy and very spontaneous. The concert at Regent Pub on February 17 was an interesting experience since we had to play at such a low volume. You could easily tell that the band members had longed for an electrifying experience. We were introduced by Terje Dilkestad and then started our seven song journey to outer space.

Line-up:
Jesper Bergman: Electric bass
Jonathan Hansson: Electric guitar
Anders Bergman: Drums
Åke Eriksson: Drums
Peter Åkerberg: Electric guitar
Bill Öhrström: Harmonica
Magnus Ramel: Keyboards

Have a nice Easter!
Jesper
